Culture Management is a Thing
Check out my guest post over on the awesome Talent Anarchy blog. This is the first post where I laid out the basic argument for making "culture management" something we take more seriously inside organizations. I think this is particularly important for HR, who often spends time either asking for or wishing for a "seat at the table" with the rest of the C-suite. Maybe you should stop asking/wishing and start just DOING culture management. That seat might open up quicker than you think.
