Do you have a culture team?
One of the key (and simplest) ways to ensure that your culture is something you can continuously manage and improve (which you should, btw, otherwise your culture will decay over time despite all the work you might have put into it) is to set up a cross-functional culture team.
We always recommend that the team be made up of people across levels of the hierarchy and across departments, who can not only represent the whole organization including its subcultures, but who are also good at going back and talking to people in their departments about the ongoing culture work.
