Author of When Millennials Take Over: Preparing for the Ridiculously Optimistic Future of Business, and Humanize: How People Centric Organizations Succeed in a Social World, Jamie serves as adjunct faculty at Georgetown University.

Maddie Grant, CAE is an expert digital strategist and culture change consultant whose superpower is skillful shepherding of organizations through cultural and digital transformation.  Alongside her consulting work at WorkXO Solutions, Maddie is also well known in the association industry as Editor of SocialFish.org, one of the most visited and respected blogs written for nonprofit and association executives. She is an accomplished speaker and author and has written several books, including the 2012 hardcover, co-authored with Jamie Notter, titled Humanize: How People Centric Organizations Succeed in a Social World, and When Millennials Take Over: Preparing for the Ridiculously Optimistic Future of Business, released in March 2015.
