As you develop plays for your culture playbook, you’ll want to compare them in terms of both the effort required to implement the play, and the impact the play will have on your culture. You’ll want to have a balance of both quick wins and higher effort, longer-term infrastructure-building plays.
Here is a simple matrix template that we have created to help you get started.
Try adding your plays into the matrix to see if you can end up prioritizing some faster, easier to implement plays that help momentum and morale alongside some deeper, longer term plays that change your culture infrastructure for the better.
